Expanding in the crowded wellness market is tough, but Heights set an ambitious goal of acquiring customers through a full-funnel influencer strategy. After achieving considerable success with celebrity influencers like Spencer Matthews and Matt Willis, they recognised huge potential in smaller creators, enabling them to scale their influencer strategy further. The challenge? Drive consistent growth while keeping CAC low in a fiercely competitive space.
The Approach
Using our full-funnel influencer framework, we transformed how Heights reaches new audiences through nano and micro influencers. We executed mass gifting campaigns, seeding 300+ products monthly to talent across strategically aligned niches on Instagram and TikTok.
The product spoke for itself, sparking influencers to create impactful UGC at volume, building powerful brand advocacy across the UK.
Repurposing this content on Meta platforms was key, driving conversions with engaging content that felt native to the platform.
Our proprietary MMM tool, COmpass, was deployed to measure the true incremental impact of influencer content, both on organic social and on paid channels, replacing outdated vanity metrics like code redemptions and link clicks.
The level of clarity Compass provided allowed us to understand the growth potential of the channel to ensure that Heights could continue to scale and optimise the channel like any other digital marketing channel.
