Will Jennings appointed as Head of Paid Media

We are thrilled to announce that Will Jennings has joined Charlie Oscar as our new Head of Paid Media, joining us from Roast after previously launching the Paid Media team for Jellyfish in the UAE.

His arrival comes after a remarkable year of growth, during which the company has expanded from 5 to 27 employees, driven by our clients' successes. Charlie Oscar, a new marketing science-based digital consultancy, was founded in 2023 by James Connelly. James previously founded Fetch, the full-service mobile agency acquired by Dentsu after building a prestigious client roster that includes Apple, Meta, and Expedia Group.

Will joins to oversee the Paid Media team's operations as we expand our expertise in media buying. He will join forces with Sasha Jeppesen, Head of Creative and Influencer; Dan Wilson, Chief Data Officer; and Hannah Cooke, Head of Growth, as we expand and grow our services across our marketing science suite, COmpass, our growth consultancy, and agency services. Will's extensive experience will be instrumental in scaling our business and enhancing the value of COmpass to optimise client outputs and ensuring decisions are grounded in data and truth more than ever before.

In his role leading the Paid Media division, Will brings a wealth of experience in managing large international media teams across the UK and UAE. With specialist expertise in programmatic advertising and media buying, Will has successfully devised and executed large-scale strategies across various sectors, collaborating with esteemed clients including Harrods, Emirates, Rightmove, Experian, Etihad Airways, Ugg, and Hoka.
